Here’s a quick summary about me…I’ll put more detail here as I have time.

My name is Tim Davids. I grew up in Lynwood, Illinois at the corner of Burnham and Glenwood-Dyer Rd. The big white house next to the lake. I moved to Valparaiso, Indiana in 1978. Things have come full circle and my wife and I are now moving back to Illinois where she already works as a Dental Hygienist.

I was always interested in Real Estate since reading a book about flipping properties when I was about 17. I studied about Real Estate even before being a Realtor just because it was an exciting business. Bills have to be paid though so I did many things including nearly completing a computer programming degree and owning Valparaiso Carpet Cleaning for 14 years. That led to buying, selling and creating web sites.

That business brought me to cross paths with CalumetCity.com which jumped out at me since my father worked at Marshall Fields in River Oaks mall for about 21 years.

I decided to combine all the things I knew something about, Real Estate, website owning and owning my own business and completed getting my Illinois Real Estate License. This site is the result of many things being in the right place at the right time.
